Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 4050 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 4050 as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register for or use 4050's services.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is only permitted to hold one account on the 4050 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior warning.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 4050 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.

Users are prohibited from sharing login credentials, transferring their account to another party, or using someone else's account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

Platform Usage Rules

All users are required to use the 4050 platform for lawful entertainment purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension or closure:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform
• Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, or unauthorised cooperation between players
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the system or games
• Spreading false information, harmful content, or harassing other users
• Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law
• Transferring funds between accounts without valid authorisation from 4050

4050 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating our rules and to take appropriate action, including freezing an account while an investigation is in progress.

Payment & Transaction Information

All transactions on the 4050 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including online bank transfers through FPX and approved digital wallets.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to limits set by the platform and may change from time to time. Successfully completed deposits will be credited within a specified timeframe depending on the payment method used.

Withdrawal requests will be processed once all requirements are met, including any necessary identity verification. 4050 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals for security review purposes if any unusual activity is detected. Any applicable taxes on winnings are the user's responsibility under current Malaysian law.

4050 is not responsible for any additional fees or charges imposed by your bank or third-party payment providers when processing your transactions.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

The 4050 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will always be free from disruptions, technical errors, or temporary unavailability. 4050 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from service disruptions, data loss, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

All content on the 4050 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of 4050 or parties that have licensed it to us. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written permission from 4050.
